Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. This role is critical to our continued expansion in commercial and industrial projects, including warehouses, new construction, service upgrades, EV charger installations, and emergency electrical work.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, understands the full project lifecycle, and can confidently produce accurate, competitive, and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Perform quantity take-offs for labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop detailed, competitive proposals for commercial and industrial electrical projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and leadership to ensure bid accuracy
  • Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities
  • Source and negotiate pricing from vendors and subcontractors
  • Prepare and submit bid packages within deadlines
  • Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and bid results
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and project cost analysis

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial/industrial preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management or related field
  • Strong understanding of NEC codes, permitting, and inspection processes
  • Experience with service upgrades and panel replacements; lighting systems (including high-bay and parking lot lighting); generators and backup power systems; EV charger installations
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., PlanHub, Accubid, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Electrical Project Manager to oversee and execute commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with code and client expectations.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on electrical knowledge, capable of managing multiple projects while coordinating teams, vendors, and clients with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with estimators, field supervisors, electricians, and subcontractors
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope alignment
  • Monitor job progress, productivity, and quality of work on-site
  • Ensure compliance with NEC codes, permitting, and inspection requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors
  • Identify and resolve project risks, delays, and cost overruns
  • Approve material orders and manage vendor relationships
  • Track project costs, change orders, and financial performance
  • Conduct site visits and ensure safety standards are consistently met
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project records

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
  • Support commercial and industrial projects including new construction, remodels, and service calls
  • Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting systems, and electrical components
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in diagnosing electrical issues
  • Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
  • Follow all NEC codes, company standards, and safety protocols
  • Load/unload materials and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders with supervision
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project managers
  • Assist with inspections and ensure work is completed to pass city and code requirements

Qualifications

  • Active Apprentice Electrician License (Texas required)
  • Minimum 1+ year of field experience preferred (commercial/industrial a plus)
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction environments
  • Familiarity with tools, materials, and safety practices in the electrical trade
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (lifting, climbing, working at heights)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

The ideal candidate is experienced in the field, capable of working independently, and confident in delivering high-quality installations, troubleshooting, and project execution across a variety of job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments
  • Execute projects including new construction, remodels, service upgrades, and emergency repairs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Install and terminate panels, switchgear, conduit, wiring, and electrical components
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues efficiently and accurately
  • Ensure all work meets NEC codes, local regulations, and inspection requirements
  • Lead and mentor apprentices and helpers on job sites
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to ensure project success
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Accurately document work performed and communicate project updates

Qualifications

  • Active Journeyman Electrician License (Texas required)
  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes, permitting, and inspection processes
  • Proven experience with electrical service upgrades and panel installations; lighting systems (including high-bay and parking lot lighting); conduit bending and installation (EMT, rigid, etc.); troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical plans
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
